The Daily mail

they seem to be good at destabilizing, confusing or manipulating the minds of another people with their published crap maybe they should call themselves The Daily Mind Fuck instead hahahaha.

Bamigboye's article, meanwhile, simply notes that "the violence in it could present a bit of a ratings challenge for our film censors".
And he's right. We've said it before and we'll say it again: there's a debate to be had here, but it's one that needs to be had with grown-ups, not reactive newspapers with a clear and present agenda. And woe betide anyone joining in that debate if they're related to Jonathan Ross in any way. That'd tip everyone over the edge, clearly.

"The language is offensive and the values inappropriate - without the saving grace of the bloodless victory of traditional superheroes"

"The movie's not a documentary and it's not real life"

Cat's Comment

Chloe Grace Moretz explained

‘When people see the movie they'll realize that Hit Girl is just a girl who goes after the bad guys. She's just a little girl and this is just a movie. No one is going to seriously think that's what I do in my spare time,' the super-smart Ms Moretz explained to me. "

nice one Chloe you tell them Chloe has explained that Kick Ass is a movie and my god this is immature measure's coming from the media they dis Kick Ass as though its the most violent film ever made what about the Exorcist take the young actress in that what she did with a crucifix rather obscene and there is Natalie Portman what the media need to realize that the days of the waltons and little house on the prairie are long gone we are in the 21st century the 2000's not the 70's and 80's and kids do swear and kids can be violent aswell kids get into fights times have moved on since those decades times have moved on since the 90's the world is more violent you have terrorism the situation in Afghanistan if the papers want to write about something write about that do not dis a movie like it was real life

do not dis a movie like it was real life

Please remember this is a movie a film a work of fiction and it is not real life i have seen my fare share of slasher movies and not one of them made me want to go out and go on a 'fucking' killing spree i am certainly not going to make myself a leather mask and then grab hold of a chainsaw and go out hacking people to death am i DUH! because i have too much intelligence to know what i am seeing isn't real its a movie and special effects fake blood sometimes they use red dye or corn syrup take Orphan for example you see a scene where Esther is stabbing her father in the chest that was done using a magnet under the actors shirt and the knife was hitting that also the fake blood red dye or corn syrup also prosthetic dummies double for actors which many cases are rather life like they have to be to get it perfectly right and it looks real enough on screen.

The Newspaper's need to concentrate on doing write ups on real events such as the Haiti Earthquake and the Chile Earthquake not some ridiculous article's on things they clearly know nothing about they talk about this movie as though it's real violence and hit girl is real DUH hit girl is a character created by mark miller who wrote the kick ass comics Chloe Grace Moretz is an actresss  she is not hit girl she portrays hit girl.

They need to learn how to separate the actor from the character  Chloe is not anything like hit girl and the actress Linda Blair in the Exorcist wasn't really taken over by the devil.

Remember Fiction Not Real Life

okay Kick Ass has been rated 15 in the UK the BBFC don't obviously think its controversial like the press are making it out to be and as violent or it would have been an 18 hmmm maybe in the 80's most movies get a 15 in the UK i have watched 18 rated horror films that were made in the early 1980's and some compared to 15 rated horror films of the present some of the 18 rated horror movies are rather tame in comparison to some of today's 15 rated horror films obviously old 1980's special visual effects aren't as good as 21st century effects the so called video nasties that were about in the early 1980's have been re released on DVD uncut some were banned in their day here is an example my folks have the original Zombies dawn of the dead on video and they have not got it on DVD that is an 18 rated most were back then okay take Wicked little things Chloe Grace Moretz starred with Scout Taylor Compton from the Halloween movies this movie was a zombie movie this was a 15 rating people know how movies are made and it isn't just 18+ who watch horror movies with today's standards the movie ratings aren't as strict like they were years ago.
